Sweet Revenge ~ Unorthodox Shepherd's Pie

I used frozen mixed vegs of diced carrots, peas and sweet corn

in addition to the diced celery

 

 

served it with baked pumpkin and mixed fruit salad (as suggested)
without any dressing!
